Future Goals

Over the past six years, the House of Love Youth Homes has been committed to providing a safe/nurturing home for young girls aging from 12-17 in the foster care system. With the help of dedicated staff and loyal community workers, we have been successful in changing many of their lives see success stories.

We have seen a great and immediate need for the young adults aging from 18 – 25, exiting the foster care system. Many of the residents we currently serve age out of the homes and are still in need of further support and guidance. The House of Love has been working diligently for the last three years on seeking more housing and creating extended programming that will provide them with more information; which will help them become more self-sufficient in the community. We are excited to inform our followers and supporters that on December 15, 2010, House of Love closed on a property on the North side of Milwaukee. Each unit consists of, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, storage unit in lower level, etc. As we are in the process of renovating the rental property for the young adults to begin successful independent living, we do ask from our supporters to continue to help out in the following areas below.

We first and foremost would like to thank God for entrusting us to carry out such a precious vision. He certainly has given us the strength and ability to do the work. We thank all of our supporters who have allowed God to touch their hearts in helping out with the vision. We are hoping for many more success stories from the young ladies we serve.
